It's never too late to change.

Here is the product of my randomness. You'll come to learn that the pictures from my videos always seem to be me in the middle of a very odd facial expression. It's quite attractive... :o)

This began as my channel to document my progression into a healthier lifestyle. The original focus was my diet, and although that is still something I find important, this channel has slowly transformed. During this journey I found a new religion, and now I'm documenting my growth in Islam. I am here to find support and to hopefully help others along the way.
