I'm tiny young man who plays with a tiny guitar. One day, I decided that I wanted to express myself and to be a musician like my friend Zak Laughed.

I taught myself the ukulele. I never got any lessons of any kind. I learned a lot of various music, and I got a guitar few months later. I dream to learn piano now.

I am very influenced by the anti-folk and lo-fi scenes (Daniel Johnston, for example). They don't care if they mess-up or sing out of pitch sometimes, and neither do I.

What matters is the lyrics above all things!

I make covers -sometimes originals- and even though I'm afraid of my future voice change (the later is the better!!) I will keep singing because it makes me happy, and I'll still share it on Youtube.

I only cover songs that have an interesting story behind. If the song doesn't "talk" to me, I don't really like it. I'm picky in my choices (but not always) and only sing what I want and when I feel like it. I sometimes cover mainstream songs because it's fun too!!

Shane is a public personage.

Shane Foxx is to me what Stanley Brinks is to Andre Herman Dune. My real name is Mathieu (french version of Matthew) but I'd prefer if you use Shane.

I won't share more personal information than it is necessary, I want to protect my own pricavy. For real I'm a random dude who likes music and many other things!

I hope that you understood I was an independant artist and that I don't aspire being a commercial product.
