the bill that passed would end up making people paying more than what they earn

In every compleate sentence there has to be a subject and the sentance has to say something about the subject. So what is the subject in the 2nd Amendment? And what is it saying about that subject?

Today's White House Press Conference mentioned you at least three times by name and the speaker basically blamed you for democrats and republicans not coming together on a bi-partisan agreement on health care. I don't believe that for a minute.

Extend Medicare for all to provide a basic public plan. Medics follow the rules giving everyone basic preventative care and curative treament so no insurance pre-approval for this. Allow private plans to compete directly with this scheme and offer top up insurance for extras not in the basic plan. This happens in Holland. Everyone to pay the same price regardless of age or health status. Children insured for free. Employer health tax and personal premiums, Tax subsidies for middle income people, government to pay for the poor as with Medicaid.

I identify myself as a left leaning Mormon democrat (and no it's not a contradiction), and I do not just vote for democrats as I did vote for George Bush four years ago (I can think for myself). I think you are doing very well and always enjoy watching you speak.

If I could get rid of the blue walpaper, I would be able to read the comments posted. My wife and I are in our mid 80's, have a contributory insurance and prescription drug program that we are pleased with, and believe that if the plan is fair and allows choice of provider, then we should all invest in our care, watch for fraud in the system and report it to Medicare using instructions on the back of the summary notice
