Playing and composing for the Hang since September 28, 2007.

The Hang (pronounced "hung" or "hong") is sometimes called a 'Hang Drum', and is made by the two brilliant instrument makers of PanArt, in Bern, Switzerland. Hang music can sound like it was played on a harp, piano, guitar, bells, chimes, drum, or a xylophone or marimba. The rich, soothing tone of the instrument is universally appealing across cultures and to all ages - even my 5 month-old granddaughter was enraptured the first time she heard me play the Hang (she was so excited she was trembling!).
