Sports maybe, but NOT ALCHOHOL or smoke...
yes it distort your voice... max a year and then the hospital get a vocal chord repairment... its quite dangerous. Just buy the Zen of Screaming by melissa Cross, teaches right technique

Hello, how do you train your voice of black/death metal
you have some techniques or do you just sing?
myself ive been trying to train my sound with singing without any extra techniques and lot of people dont like my singing :D ...
and where did you buy your microphone
do you know does sport or alchohol and smokes make blackmetal voice better :D ?
