The Member of Parliament for West End and Bimini, representatives from the Ministry of the Environment, BEST Commission, Dept. of Physical Planning, Dept. of Marine Resources, The Nature Conservancy, Bahamas National Trust, RAV (Bahamas) Ltd., and the consultancy firm Black and Veatch will be in attendance.
