Hello Sakura-House. Do you happen to have too much demand on December? too much as to not being able to really get and pat from you? I am going for 2 months from mid dec to mid feb so wondering how easy or hard would be to get an apartment around december 15-20. Another thing, internet is essential for my work, I will need a minimum of 2mb down and 0,5 mb up at any given time if possible, do you suggest hunting for an apartment with optical internet connection or will one with normal adsl connection suffice for my needs? My worry is that most likely the whole building shares one internet connection that feeds each and all rooms and I may get slow speeds at times. Please give some advice about this. Thanks.
