The truth is, YouTube asks the content owner to label any mature content, which implies that mature content is not to be removed by YouTube unless it violates the law. However, the original video is currently made unavailable by YouTube itself, not the uploader. What could this mean?

I doubt there are spies working for unknown dictatorship trying to eliminate people's freedom of speech, either from TW or US. I hope that the moderator of YouTube restore the original source as soon as possible, so I can consider it as a novice mistake. If not, this could become a serious problem. (less info)
