Hello Shaf,

Good workouts. I was just wondering. Maybe you have some other vids I havent seen yet but wanted to know if you do any bench pressing? If not, do you do any chest exercises?

I found your videos to ge extremely informative. I now have a better knowledge of how to perform and prescribe these exercises to my clients. I am convinced that these types of exercises which involve many muscles in a coordinated action are far superiror for strength gains and fat loss than the traditional "body part" training...
