I don't want to sound like Captain Obvious but sampling is taking samples from a song. Just copying sectors of a song is not sampling. Sampling would be if Timbaland took an instrument or a certain loop from the song. Here he takes entire sections.

In H.263 240p, Youtube uses 64kbps MP3. In MP4 360p, it uses 96kbps AAC. In FLV 360p and 480p, it uses 128kbps AAC. In MP4 720p/1080p, it uses 192kbps AAC. In FLV 720p, it uses 128kbps AAC. If you are using WebM, though, you get 128kbps AAC on 360p and 480p and 192kbps AAC on 720p and 1080p. I still think YouTube should have an option for FLAC audio.
