I'm happy to have video responses, but as for mals beiong better and all that stuff I don't agree so it's better off not said unless you want the other side of the coin. IMO mal riding is another branch of shortboarding, legit but not really longboarding. Riding a really big heavy board is a blast but it's kind of more subtle. Trust me taking off on a 14 foot 70 pound pintail on a triple overhead wave or even a head high wave feels good.
