can you answer my question plz. i am thinking of getting into karate and want to know abit more about it and i was wandering wat is the best style and has the most contact?? i really want to get into the kicks so wat is the best for that???

I am thinking of taking up Kyokushin, I did 2 years of Karate about 3 years ago.
I was reffered to do Tae kwon do by my last sensai but I live in a small town, and didn't know until reacently that there was Kyokushin here.
your uploads have really helped me gain courage to pick up on martial arts again, Subscribed to ya ^,^
If there is any tips or info you would like to pass on to a very eager and determind person just message me ^,^
I would like to learn as much as I can about the style and history ect of Kyokushin ^,^
