Here's a channel for awesome fights from One Piece. These were all made on my PC with Ulead VideoStudio 7 SE Basic.
The key to my AMVs is this: simplicity. Don't overpower the viewer with special effects or quick cuts. If you happen to get a song that matches the beat of the fight, the AMV essentially makes itself. Also, everyone uses songs by Linkin Park and System of a Down, so you probably won't see any AMVs with those songs from me unless the song REALLY fits the AMV (I like to be at least a little bit original).
Oh yeah, and I don't own the rights to One Piece, I just use it for these videos (same goes for the music, although I do own the CDs that the songs come from). If you like the songs I use, go out and buy the albums! The first ending sound bite is from "Napoleon Dynamite". The newer credits have a sound bite from Firesign Theatre's "The Adventures of Nick Danger: The Three Faces of Al".
