I just want to thank Mr Carter for representing me better than any house rep I have ever had. I moved to Texas from Washington State and Rep Carter is clearly one of the consistent lights in the House, especially on his stands against fiscal irresponsibility and holding teh members of Congress accountable. Many thanks John
