When you're sick for 3 months...u get wrong diagnosis'...prescribed & taking medicines that are doing nothing to help u...then u finally have to go through extensive testing..the Dr. won't even tell u what he suspects is wrong with u so u won't panic...on Oct 1st u find out over the phone all the tests (they wont go into details about) came back good,...then at your appt Oct 2nd u find out it was assumed u either had AIDS, leukemia, lymphoma, chronic liver or kidney failure, just to name a few....of the many things u were tested 4 & EVERYTHING comes back negative,the Dr. tells u he is surprised nothing came back positive & tells u ur problems,symptoms,troubles,had 2 have been caused by stress/anxiety only,everything else is ruled out...that's when u lose it while singing like I did...I'd been complaining for months,any1 would've,but finding out they thought I had this & that & didn't,wow..stress/anxiety is a big deal 2,I'm a witness 2 what that can do 2 u physically/mentally,but it.....coulda been a lot worse than only having the symptoms that mimic the illnesses..it coulda been a lot worse than just having 2 get my nerves under control,re-evaluating my life & begin working on making changes w/in my life & myself,changing my thoughts & feelings & making it up in my mind 2 take my power back, love & respect myself enough 2 know I dont have 2 deal w/ppl or situations that try & tear me down,adding 2 the stress.I needed 2 get me together,so God had 2 shake me up 2 wake me up :) (less info)
