Hey, have you read Robert Anton Wilson's 'Prometheus Rising'? If you haven't, i highly reccomend you check it out; it's a mind-fuck of a read.

Hey Reece just wondering when you first started lucid dreaming again did you first use an alarm clock to increase your dream recall? I'm having trouble remembering my dreams at all when i wake up in the morning. Should i set my alarm clock sometime in my R.E.M?
