This video, done by a highly respected member of http://radardetector.net shows that the Escort 9500i Radar Detector "TrueLock" GPS False Alarm Lockout feature does NOT work as advertised.

The TrueLock is supposed to be able to lockout a specific frequency from a false alarm, and still be able to alert to real police radar in the same area.

Escort, please fix this issue or your customers will be getting tickets from police with K band radar!!!

Here is a video from guysoflidar.com that shows the TrueLock feature of the Escort 9500i does not work as advertised. It locks out the false alert and also the real police radar on K band. This is due to the 9500i locking out too much of the frequency range.
