Hi from Houston TX!
I moved here from London recently.
I been mixing since I was 15. I do most of my home mixing with software these days cos I aint got the space for vinyl any more.
There's a program called Serrato Scratch that uses 2 digital vinyls which never have to come off the turntables. All you have to do is download mp3s or wavs which are transmitted thru the digital stylus carts. It's great if your kid is a turntablist cos he can use millions of samples as well as tracks. It saves untold space and money in the long run.

Hey man, your sons a really good DJ for his age. Is he still using records? Instead of that and if you have extra money you should try Serato Scratch Live. Heard of it? Its a software that will make his life easier than using a lot of records.
