I do Pokemon wifi battles. Useing your basic rules. Pokemon Battling rules are:

Non uber (if arranged)

Sleep clause

Item lucks (quick claw etc)

Ev pass 510

Noob clause

Santa clause

No illegal movesets

Same species clause

Accuracy lowering/evasive moves

1HKO moves
