I just read your comment about your scoliosis and today i was told i had two 33 and 39 degree curves in my spine, and that a decision would be made in a few months if surgery is the best option, which i am absolutely not willing to do. do you have any information about the physical therapy you did to reduce the curve of your back and if so could you send me the resources. thank you
