I work with a local cat rescue. One of the feeding stations is near panera in Vacaville *but not on the property* The manager, Tammera, is ordering the employees to destroy the traps, blankets and throw out the food and water. We trap the cats, spay, neuter and rehome them to loving families. In the long run we are actually helping Panera, that is if they don't stop slowing down progress.
