If you think you know everything about Plastic... Think again... This summer brings you the new definition of Plastic. The word Plastic is getting the new meaning. A huge dose of positive energy is flying your way. Even the biggest sleepy heads will stay awake. Plenty of fresh ideas, colourful arrangements, a range of plastic sounds with both soft and charismatic female vocal. Plastic is the title of the new album from the band PLASTIC, released by EMI Music Poland in summer 2006. Plastic are Agnieszka Burcan (vocal, keyboards, programming) and Pawel Radziszewski (guitar, scratches, programming). Aga and Pawel have produced all the songs, Aga has also written all the songs and lyrics. Plastic write and produce songs for other artists, too. Moreover they perform as session musicians with other bands. Plastic music is based on modern electro pop sounds with elements typical for the 80s music. You can hear the whole range of keyboards on Plastic album. Aga and Pawel have the impressive collection of such musical instruments. If you are a fan of synthesisers, Plastic album is a must. You will find the list of all instruments used in every track. Moog, arp odyssey, roland sh --101, yamaha dx7 , roland alpha juno 1 were used, just to name a few. Analogue sounds are perfectly mixed with modern electronic sounds and acoustic sounds. There are also plenty of 'live' instruments on their album. You can hear the rare Japanese instrument shakuhachi next to the piano, acoustic guitar, sax and flugelhorn. Plastic album also features many guests, e.g. Cuban pianist Reinaldo Ceballo and friends of Aga and Pawel: Pawel Bomert, Krzysztof Bas, Piotr „Skuter" Skotnicki i Artur "Klero" Wlodkowski (Mathplanete). Plastic performs live as a five-piece act with drums, bass guitar, keyboards, guitar and vocal. Plastic could be seen and heard at, amongst other venues, the Free Form Festival, in concret on Radio Trojka, in the final of Keep The Moment, as well as in Coke Live Music Festival and Nokia Trends Lab. They have also been nominated in two categories at the Fryderyki 2006 awards; for Club Music Album of the Year and New Wave in Recording. Plastic is full of various music vibes.
