he doesn't say there is a "Deep Flaw" in the constitution, he says there is a "Blind Spot" in it, and most people who breathe would probably have to agree with that. That Blind spot has left the system as a whole flawed becasue the constitution IMPLIES that the nation is set up for RICH white europeans, although it is obvious the drafters tried to word it correctly for their times, it does not carry the legal expression neccessary for today.
