Operation: Anchorage is the first add-on for Fallout 3, developed and published by Bethesda Softworks. Operation: Anchorage was first released on January 27, 2009 for Xbox Live and Games for Windows Live. The add-on costs 800 Microsoft points. It has also been released as part of a retail 'add-on pack' allowing the DLC to be purchased without using Microsoft's LIVE service. The retail disk costs $19.99 (£15.99 in the UK) and includes The Pitt.
It is announced to be released for PlayStation 3 some time after Broken Steel's release which is slated for late September 2009.

The Pitt is the second add-on for Fallout 3, developed and published by Bethesda Softworks. The Pitt was first released on March 24, 2009 for Xbox Live and Games for Windows Live. On The Pitt's first release, for some players the add-on was broken and unplayable due to missing textures and freezes. It was then re-released on March 25th. The add-on costs 800 Microsoft points or $9.99.

Broken Steel is the third add-on for Fallout 3, developed and published by Bethesda Softworks. Broken Steel was first released on May 5, 2009 for Xbox Live and Games for Windows Live. After difficulties with the initial download for PC users it was re-released for Games for Windows Live on May 7, 2009. It is announced to be released for PlayStation 3 in late September. The add-on costs 800 Microsoft points or $9.99.
It will also be released as part of an 'add-on pack' which is a retail disk allowing the add-on to be purchased without using Microsoft's LIVE service. The pack will also include Point Lookout. The add on pack is scheduled for an August 25 ( UK&US ), 2009 release date.

Point Lookout is the fourth add-on for Fallout 3, developed and published by Bethesda Softworks.
Point Lookout was first released on June 23, 2009 as downloadable content for Xbox Live and Games for Windows Live. The PlayStation 3 version is to be released after the first three add-ons have been released.
The add-on costs 800 Microsoft points or $9.99. A disc version will be available for PC and Xbox 360 together with Broken Steel as part of the second Fallout 3 Game Add-On Pack in August 2009 (and in September 2009 in France).

Mothership Zeta is the fifth and final add-on for Fallout 3, developed and published by Bethesda Softworks. Mothership Zeta was first released on August 3, 2009 for Xbox Live and Games for Windows Live. The PlayStation 3 version is to be released after Point Lookout. The add-on costs 800 Microsoft points or $9.99. Mothership Zeta will not be available in any retail version aside from the Game of the Year edition.
