ONE WORLD ROMANIA, organized by the Czech Centre Bucharest, was born in 2008, with the help of ONE WORLD - the biggest documentary film festival on human rights in Europe (ONE WORLD -http://www.oneworld.cz/, started in Prague in 1999, as an initiative of Vaclav Havel, and during the past 10 years expended in other cities like Bruxelles, Madrid, New York, Kiev or Bucharest)
