My name is Patricia O'Brien. I'm a documentary filmmaker. Most of these videos were collaborative works by Gabriel Miller and I under the business names Kindred Media or Rosa Rugosa Media.

We created (along with Nancy Guppy and Lisa Devlin) a television show called "Verve" for the Seattle Channel and did a series of artists portraits for that in 2007. We continue to produce short arts related videos for the Nancy Guppy's show "In Studio" on the Seattle Channel.

Hey Patricia, I love checking out these videos - partly because they're really beautifully crafted, but mostly because they document the powerful heartbeats that pump through the Seattle arts scene.

Also, thanks to you and Gabriel for keeping my Verve portrait posted. Since it premiered, people have continued to comment on how compelling the editing and camera work is and it's provided a touchstone for people to check out my work online. It also references a project and a time in my life that still resonates through my work in a powerful way. Thanks.
