Roxy were the natural progression after pop went rock & rock went folk & pop then turned into disco & rock hit back with punk. Roxy Music were all of this & exuded class & a self-respecting sexiness that definitely left a timeless impact, particularly with their swan song 'Avalon'.

Love, love, love Roxy Music. Forever & ever...Amen.

A big fan of Roxy since the late 70's and loved all their musical changes especially when they embraced the Soul/Dance Music of Manifesto- Avalon era, lyrically and musically on par with the best of the R&B albums of that era.
