This was all part of the CIA. they planned everything, I'm starting to thing maybe bush had no idea. CIA always gets us into war. Look up "Jocobo Arbenz Guzman" the president of Guatemala. All he wanted to do was reform the land, so that the American Fruit company wouldn't have so much dominance over their economy. They didn't even want to pay their taxes. The CIA told the president, Eisenhower, that he had connection to the soviet union and was a communists when years later all of this was proven wrong. The CIA was out to protect an american based fruit company in Guatemala, so they did anything possible to take him out. The CIA even placed artificial soviet weapons in a port at Nicaragua to make it look as if they had connections. All in all CIA created this situation to have access to oil fields in the middle east, just as they did decades ago to have access to the american based fruit company in Guatemala.
