My name is Nathaniel Everist, and I simply love spinning and object manipulation circus arts. I hope that you'll take the time to enjoy the wide range of favourites, and have a look at some of my spinning videos.

If you're new to poi, advanced or have simply seen it and wondered where to start, my tutorials are for you! Fully comprehensive, and giving in-depth descriptions of how to do specific moves of all skill levels, they are the only educational resource you will need to become exceedingly skilled at poi.

The best part, it's all for free (except for the cost of an internet connection and your time).

I also am a lover of object manipulation and have for years played with spinning sticks, staffs, batons and yoyo's. 	storm5683 (1 month ago) I am a beginner poi'er and I think you are awesome at spinning and at teaching. I have the two beat weave down and i am working on the three beat weave. I have the concept, I just need my arms to go along with what I am thinking. I love how you break things down and even exagerate the move to make it clear on what to do.
