Hi Sean,
i was a bodybuilding from last 1 years and like most of bodybuilding who do overtraining and undernutricion i quit after lacking results. its been 6 mths not going to gym.. and resently start going back to gym.. i go some research on you name and find out you are the best in terms of consultancy. and i really do take your advise abt 'NOT TO OVERTRAIN your musle' and i think i m really seeing increase in my biceps mass.. will stick to your advise for abt 4-6 mths and i am sure this time i wont be dissapointed.. thanks for your time and please upload more videos..
