Creative Direction / Motion Graphics

I began my career as a Graphic Designer 13 years ago. Over 5 years I worked for two design agencies starting as a junior and finishing a senior designer. In Nov 1999, having taught myself Flash, I moved to web-design and flash animation working for AKQA, a London based web agency. Starting as a senior creative and finishing my 3rd year Art Directing projects. Clients I worked with included Nike, Xbox, Coca-Cola, Carlsberg, Microsoft and Orange.

Jan 2003 I left permanent employment and set-up Myoshka. This allowed me to manage freelance work, client work and most importantly to pursue a love for motion graphics and film. In 2004 I embarked on a solo film project, a feature-length extreme sports film which I directed, filmed and edited. I worked on this between client projects and spare time over 3 years, teaching myself various skills in film-making.

Since starting Myoshka I've worked with clients such as Honda, Sony, The Sunday Times, MTV, Fat Face, on both a freelance and client basis. For the past 2 years I have been working exclusively with AKQA as a freelance Art Director for Nike, Sky, Xbox and LG.

2009+ I'm looking to collaborate with new creatives, artists and clients on a variety of motion projects.
