Sooo I thought I'd recommend my favorite anime to you since I like most of the ones you listed.

Full Metal Panic. Season1,

Season1 1/2 (FUMOFFU, it's like a spin-off, not exactly the same atmosphere as the first)

and Season2 (The Second Raid, more like the first)

If you get the chance to watch this I highly recommend it. Trigun is my second favorite too, but you already have that listed.
