i think the secret might be : a. blair is pregnant with nates baby(maybe?) b. jack and blair has sex or made out c. jack knows that blair's bulimia is back d.jack is helping blair hide a big secret, and telling chuck that she sleept with him is a coverup....but jack is kinda hot, so maybe blair needed her serving of bass!
