For those complaining about missing audio on some videos, there's nothing I can do about it due to a copyright claim by WMG.

I received my DVD of Thirtysomething's first season in the last few days. I watched disk #3 last night and look forward to listening to the commentaries of Ken Olin, Mel Harris, Melanie Mayron (love her!), Timothy Busfield, Patricia Wettig, and also from creators, Marshall Herskovitz and Edward Zwick. Thirtysomething is my favorite television show of all time. I am so thankful they were able to transfer this to DVD and keep the original music intact for the episodes. I loved hearing Joni Mitchell's voice last night during the Christmas episode! From reading these comments, Thirtysomething has found younger audience and will be delighting an even broader group of fans! Thank you so much! :-)

I am thrilled to find these "thirtysomething" episodes. I was in my 20's when the show originally aired and it's poignant to have such a different frame of reference now. Just like Michael & Hope, I was newly married with a young child, who is now in college, and it's bittersweet to think how long ago that time was and how fast time has gone by. Thanks MilesDrentell for providing these wonderful glimpses back into the past.

Wow. At the time I thought of this simply as superior television. But now, compared to alla that crap on the tube, it seems like frickin' Chekhov...

rockycoast I can not believe there are so many others who can not still get enough thirtysomething. I was in my 20's when I watch the originals. Now in my 40's with two kids I can see so much of my life in all these characters. I recently found these re-runs online and I love evry minute of them.
