Met-Chem Inc. is a manufacturer of waste water treatment equipment that is commonly used in the metal finishing industry. We have been a quality supplier of filter presses, clarifiers, sludge dryers and filter bags, cloth and media since 1956 and are located near the heart of the industry in Cleveland, Ohio. We can also supply small component items such as temperature probes, pH probes and recorders, pumps, valves and filters, to complete engineered turn-key systems with installation and start-up if required.




Met-Chem's sewing shop is set up so that we don't need to require a minimum order. Large and small orders are welcomed. Standard and specialty items can be made to your specifications.

Met-Chem's talented fabrication team is capable of manufacturing standard and custom control panels, stands, tanks, or almost anything you may need in your plant, be it for waste water, plating, anodizing, metal finishing or chemical process facilities.

The Met-Chem installation crew can also provide rigging services and equipment installation to comply with federal regulations and military specifications. We can also remove or relocate existing equipment and are happy to offer trade-ins or outright purchases on used equipment.

Met-Chem has always been well known for our quality and value on new filter presses, clarifiers, and sludge dryers, but now we are also known for our large inventory of used equipment, including complete plating lines, rectifiers and waste water treatment equipment.
