I never said God doesn't exist, I simply said that I'm atheist. I don't believe in a God. But sure, theirs a chance of a God. Theirs also a chance of the lockness monster, and Big Foot.
However, I do take into consideration that our existence is so fluky and unstable. Their may have been a possibility of a third party influencing the creation of organisms, or human beings. I do not have a religion though, because religions teach that their is only one way, in one way only. They have no reason. At least atheism has a form of reason. Religion also teaches that certain individuals are born better, and that a revelation with happen, where all human beings will be wiped out by a God. In my opinion, religion is for the stupid. And imaginary friends, are for the schizophrenic.
