I just wanted to say that I agree with you and it takes a lot of courage to say what you said. I just want to caution you, if you dig further into the issue you raise you might end up finding some very uncomfortable information that could radically change your perspective on the world.

Hi there. There is alot more going on here right now. Read up on the patriot act, and esp the military comissions act. Right now, we are all losing our liberties. Black, white, asian, green, it doesn't matter. You don't even have habeous corpus right now. Watch the movie freedom to fascism. Watch the whole thing.

Many of the govt's programs, which sound good in theory, actually hurt the black population (possibly intentionally) disproportiately. Social Security, and Medicare are two enormous programs that burden the african american's more than any other group.

I know there are many blacks that are supporting Ron Paul, becuase the liberty movement actually empowers us all as Americans instead of dividing us up into categories. Now, if you are for a BIG government, and are in favor of handouts, police state policies,imperialism, etc, than Ron Paul will not be the guy for you. I would recomend Hillary or Giuliani. Take it easy.
