Being half Egyptian & half Chinese, born in the year of the Dragon, training since the age of four, Tarek is justifiably a professional in his field at the age of 20, with almost 17 years spent leading a disciplined lifestyle rarely seen in today's youth. Tarek earned his 4th degree black belt under his mentor, Ramy Latchinian. After high school Tarek moved to California to train one on one with the Gracie family & trained with some of the best professional MMA, Boxers & Muay Thai fighters in the world. Tarek made his Full Contact Kick-Boxing & MMA debut in December 2006.

Tarek opened up a Freestyle Martial Arts Academy, Capital Martial Arts: 822 G Rockville Pike, Rockville MD, with his long time instructor and mentor, Khaled Saleh.

Oh you up there in Rockville. Kim's Studio is up there also with Jimmy Roberts. I dont know if you know or heard of them. We trained under the same teacher Ki Whang Kim but I dont fuck with those bammas tho.
