This is a remix of the Pollyanna song, of combining two versions of it into one. The first version is the vocal version, from the video whose ID is bmA5bGv6FSQ. The video in this video is based on that from that video, which displays the lyrics. The second version is the instrumental version from the video games Super Smash Brothers Melee and -Brawl, taken from the video whose ID is YbV2P6ENOXE. The instrumental (Super-Smash-Bros.) version was transformed in pitch and linearly transformed in time (speed-dilated and time-shifted) to match to the vocal version; the vocal one is un-transformed. Because of the length of the song, it was difficult to synchronize the clips and it took a lot of tweaking, and at one point I even did a linear regression on correlated time-points. Also, one edit was needed near the ending of the song to repeat a single "verse", since both original versions end with a slightly different amount of verse repetitions in the coda. Also, since the clips start at different points, I adjusted the gain of the first one to "fade down" as the second one fades in.
What's really disheartening is that, after making the song reasonably good and mixing-down the multitrack audio project to the output sound file, in the process of importing the sound file to the video project I accidentally overwrote one of the input files to the original multitrack project, and corrupted that project. So I have the output file used in this video, but my source multitrack project for the audio is gone, and I'd have to start over in order to change anything like relative gains, etc.

The reversal of Dr. Phil kicking the director of Bumfights videos, Ty Beeson, off the show. This time it appears as though the audience is applauding for Ty.
Any subliminal messages? Perhaps the ending (as in, the beginning relative to normal play)?
Update (10/15/2009): Added the part of the title that says "YTP..."

Dr. Phil sounds hilarious in high pitch. (+10 semitones) It's like he sucked in helium. This is the same video of Dr. Phil kicking the Bumfights producer off of the show, but I thought it would be a lot funnier if he was made high-pitched. The Bumfights guy also sounds funny in high pitch, especially when he raises his pitch (i.e. "I'm not finished talking to you!").
Note that this is the kind of pitch-shifting that preserves vocal characteristics and formant, rather than the "raw" kind of pitch-shifting (which doesn't sound as funny).
Update (9/12/09): I added "YTP: " in the title and keywords identifying it as a Youtube Poop, because I thought it would be appropriate to classify this as a YTP.

This is a universal counting leader and I am using this to test whether audio goes out of sync after downloading Youtube videos through third-party Websites.
Result: It looks like the sound gets shifted backwards relative to the picture by about 1 picture frame. The same thing seems to have happened just from exporting (and re-importing), making a total lag of about two video frames of video ahead of the sound.
