lik i said, i was not drunk and charges are fraudulent ---but instead of going the corpus delecti route i think i will just go with i am a 3rd party interviener an avoid their juristiction all together :-]

i go a fraudulent dui charge i must o to court for---there is no corpus dilecti , no injured party and i was not drunk. i hope i will be able to beat these charges using these basic methods u present. if u have anything that will help me further drop mea line. i am a big fan an u have a permenent place fixed on my youtube page . :-]

I am from Canada, and i must say i do enjoy your videos. Very enlighnting. My question is - I have recently been charged with CARE AND CONTROL OF A VEHICLE, It is like a D.U.I. (drivining under the influence). The only diffrence is that i wasn't actually driving the vehicle, i just had "care and control". But unfortunatly, they have the same penalty here. I can't really afford a lawyer, and if i get a public defendant, i know he would not take my case serious. Any advice??
