After watching what was probably the finest two hours of television everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr i needed to make a vid for it (cause that's just how i roll). I originally wanted to do a lot more of George in the video but he was never around this season and couldn't find good ways to fit him into the storyline that much, so i mainly focused it on Izzie, I avoided Denny mostly cause that storyline just kind of annoyed me [the ghost part, not his storyline in season two] and focused more on Alex and her this season. I also tried to focus on George and Izzie's friendship as well, trying to fit 007 (truly bad-ass finale) in wherever i could.

Towards the end I tried to make it fast-paced, but I'm not exactly good with since I never usually do fast-paced vids sooo be lenient on me and my probably very crappy attempt at being dramatic.

This was originally gonna be just a JJ video [it was gonna show him and Emily devloping some sort of relationship, then it branched into a love triangle idea with Naomi then i just thought of the entire cast and... well here ya go!] but I just couldn't settle it on him and it became an entire cast video for Series 3 [except theres not a lot of Katie since she lacks screentime, and a storyline for that matter...]

I know the beginning may be kinda long with all the audio in it and no video but i really wanted to convey a dramatic effect to the video and I hope it came out alright enough.

When I first finished this video I knew I needed to dedicate it to someone, but it just wasn't that simple. It wasn't just one person I wanted to dedicate it to, it is for anyone and everything that makes up my life, the things that make me whole. So when watching this video I hope you think of those pieces as well; because they may not always be there.

Summary: Cook and Effy relationship study, focusing on his love for her and inevitable heartbreak. Also a bit of dual character study focused on their insecurities and similarities and how those affect their relationship.

Vidder Notes: Okay so basically the finale just cemented my love for this couple. In the beginning montage they were adorable, fun, sexy, romantic, and still their usual bad-ass selves. I loved how he made her laugh, how she kissed him, how he carried her, and how comfortable they seemed with one another. And even though I loved all of that, what really made me love the Cook/Effy in this episode was what immediately followed the montage. We saw Cook and Effy actually *talking* to each other (complete sentences, not just longing glances), we saw him confiding in her, we saw her supporting him, we saw her worried about him, and we saw them actually relate to each other in a way that no one else has yet done on this show. I loved that when she talked to him, she wasn't being ~mysterious monosyllabic girl~, she was just being real -- Effy. Same goes for Cook, he let her see his nervousness about meeting his dad and he even brought her there specifically to meet him.

Anyways, that's what I love about this couple. They aren't a fantasy, they didn't instantly fall in love, their only form of communication is *not* angsty stares, and they don't judge one another. It's not a fairytale, but it's real. It's Effy telling him to "be careful", it's Cook wanting to take care of her and start a life together, and it's the both of them being similiar in so many ways that it's perfect and imperfect at the exact same time.

THAT'S what I like about this pairing and that's why I think they have the potential to be something so much more than what they are now. And hopefully that's what you see in this video.
