Yes 4-stroke engine oil. You can choose from fully synthetic, semi-synthetic, or pure petroleum. Remember that once you switch to fully synthetic oil, you have to continue using it.

Great question and don't fret, I have done the exact same thing! My suggestion is this....I would re-clean the airfilter, clean out the air box with a clean rag and contact cleaner, and wipe off as much of the carb as you can. If you keep a bike for any length of time, new plastic are a must. They fade and bend and you just gotta replace every now and then. Great question! Setting your sag is based on your weight not your height and is essentially adjusting your ride height of the bike with you on it, not for you to be able to touch the ground. Ricky Carmichael had this exact problem because he is shorter than most riders. Suggestion: set your sag u...
