"SIMPLY MOZART" premiered in 1991 on the occasion of the Bicentenary of the death of Great Composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The play was written, directed, interpreted by LEÓNIDAS MIKLOS, as a special Tribute to one of his Favorite Composers.
Since the script, design and making of the Set, the audition and cast of the singers and interpreters, the selection of works and fragments that form part of the play, everything was in the hands of the genial Actor, Set & Costume Designer, Opera singer and Pianist LEÓNIDAS MIKLOS.
The Play was acclaimed by the public and critics.
Unfortunately, the fragments of video were filmed by an amateur fan, but remain as a testimony of a tribute that was born only, to show to the world the love and admiration to one of the Greatest Composers of the History of Music. (less info)
