no you are wrong. tibetan are under the nation of china as they have been most of their existance. all ethnicities living in china are chinese. there is no such thing as ethnic chinese. the comparison to russia is silly, that is recent histroy, tibet as part of china is millenia old. and dalia lama for 40 years hads been seeking independance. he changed his tone only in the last two years. you are wrong. why would china turst him now after 40 years?
