I played the solo at 50% speed, then doubled the speed in the video and pasted an image of the 100% speed thing in the corner, with dubbed audio from the actual MP3 of the song.

This was just to prove how easy it is to fake a video like this. It took me less than an hour including capture time, editing, and rendering. (less info)
