I believe that particular one did indeed glow in the dark. He had several color variations(red, blue, yellow, purple, green) and ones that glowed.

There's something very succinct about his movements in it. It's two very fast motions that just continue on an on. The way Tom falls is oddly amusing out of context, as well.

Hahaha. It's La Parka from WCW. He had this amazingly hilarious gimmick where he was the "Chairman Of WCW". He would always carry that chair around and dance to his theme, which was this hardcore, rock song. He would strum the chair like a guitar, too.

And you know, that Clark gif from "Traveler" is somewhat hypnotizing. He just keeps running into it and I'm hypnotized by it for some reason.
