Howdy! Call me Steve. I picked up my first Native American flute in March of '05, and let me tell you, it's easy to keep picking up more, but not to put them down! Some of you might remember me as Karnalis, which was the name I used for performing and recording until recently. I love to play my flutes in a traditional style, but I tend to specialize in unorthodox uses of the Native American flute, using it in many different genres, and trying my best to take it to places it hasn't been before! Thanks a bunch for taking the time to view my videos here, and please don't hesitate to post comments! I hope you enjoy my music!

My CD, "Songkeeper: Only Natural," is now available at /cumberworth !

Steve, Cool flute. Or however you call it. You brought it to tokong, once. You play, well. It's soothing. Still doing tokong? Be sure to continue playing. Many enjoy it.

Hello Steve, It's Hannah! I love your music. Oh, don't know me? Ha, It's Hannah from Tokong. Heyya, sorry if you don't remember me. Do you remember that giant turtle? Well, I almost think of you as a vet and a musican. I know you're awesome at both, also at tokong. -Hannah-
PS. I might not be at Tokong for a while.

I would appreciate it if you would allow my subscription. I appreciate your style and learn from your presentation. I only started playing in July 2008 and look forward to playing for the rest of my life. I recently requested a Scott August Anasazi Series flute from Geoffrey, who seems to be one busy sumagun, and I'm going have nutz waiting for his thumbs up that he'll send it. Anywho...enjoyed "The Phoenix" and appreciate your talent.

I love your videos, but I am curious as to what you'd do when you get your hands on a traditional ancient Pueblo Indian flute. Anasazi flutes are absolutely amazing, but they are quite different than the normal Native American flutes. If you were interested in Anasazi flutes, Erik the Flutemaker has a really nice one called "The Easy Anasazi Flute." This may seem like a cheap advestisement, but I really have no affiliation with him, I just love his flute. I hope you'll try it out and show us some ancient Pueblo style music!
