Nah, seriously, the title is not saying much. It's only there to get your attention.

Short attention spans. The independents want results.

In these six months, we see a trend that hurts Democrats and Republicans. Losing independents who don't follow the traditional Republican and Democratic voting trend.

Even in a super-majority, Democrats can be defeated.

Republicans and its allies in the conservative media are trying to seize on the moment.

Ohio, Virginia and North Carolina are souring on President Obama. Job approval in these states are below 50%.

Barack Obama carried them in the 2008 general election.

As an independent who leans left of center, I will offer a take on the issue.

Palin has been controversial, but one can't help but find sympathy for a mother of five children and one grandchild.

About Me: January 20, 2009. As you may know this has been one of the most grueling presidential races by far.

History has been made. I am proud to announce that our 44th President Of The United States is Barack Hussein Obama.

Alongside his Vice President Joseph Robinette Biden, the president will serve our nation in a time of crisis.

Our economy is the most important issue right now. We will strive through the years of a global recession, two wars, home foreclosure and a divided nation. Hopefully President Obama and Vice President Biden will mend the nation and heel the wounds of a hyper-partisan predecessor and the ilk that influences talk radio, the internet and corporate owned media.

During the 2007 - 2008 President Election, I have posted videos time and time again, denouncing the corporate owned media, showing support and dismay for my community, my thoughts on the war in Iraq as well as the war in Afghanistan, and my take on our economy. Also I have attributed to supporting many of the people who are actively blogging and making videos for YouTube and its affiliates of GOOGLE, Inc.

Time and time again, I get criticized by those in an opposition.

Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly, Matt Drudge, Michelle Malkin, Sean Hannity, Michael Savage, Glenn Beck, Republicans, conservatives, Fox News, racists, bigots and the DUMB right, will continue to be the vocal opposition. This strategy will not work. It's up to me and you to denounce and fight back against the misinformation.

It's quite infuriating that our nation is still divided. We have to unite this nation, at all cost. President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will work as hard to make the country unite and put our reputation back to the status of greatness. I will hold my head up high. Obama's victory will shatter our walls of hate, bigotry and pure ego.

But with all hope and faith aside, here's what describes me.

I am socially and politically a moderate.

I can tolerate other races [White, Black, Arab-American, Hispanic/Latino American, Asian American, Native American, Pacific Islander and/or other nationalities]. I am tolerant towards gays, lesbians, bisexuals, and transgendered.

I support civil rights, the gay rights movement, and want religion kept out of the public places.

I am against abortion. That's pro-life. Although I am not a woman, I never support the practice. However, I can't decide on the other person's decisions. I would rather avoid abortions with adoptions and proper training in sexual education.

I am supporter of gun rights. I am a strong believer in the right to bear arms. I am not ashamed of anyone holding their beliefs to carrying a legal weapon. The only control for a gun owner is self. Gun control should only apply to keeping them out of young children who are not properly trained to handle them.

Care about my community. Local residents seen my Tour of Poor Dayton. The motive for making these videos in which you see on this profile or my other profile at http://youtube.com/MrBrianB... is pretty simple. Give a retrospective of what I see growing up in community that is hard hit by the loss of manufacturing, population decrease, crime and a loss of hometown feel.

I support the environment causes but to a certain. But oppose grassroots efforts to stop progress, that includes radicalism. I object to urban sprawl destroying our communities.

I don't trust the government, corporate owned media, religion, and divisive politics (and politicians). I am against war and meddling in the businesses of other countries.

I supported the Democratic Party in 2006, 2008 and will possibly support the national party in 2010 [if Republicans and The DUMB Right continue to chatter about Obama's intangible associations]. I am now registered an Independent.

Another thing: If I make any mistakes in presenting the video, please inform me by sending a message. I am not trying to be perfect in making videos, nor I am trying to be a "know-it-all"! I am just expressing my honest opinion about an issue and willing to correct the record if I was wrong about it. Besides, I am not a journalist or fact checker, I am an average guy with a camera!

Religion and politics should never mix, we get war and divide like there is now.
Whether we agree or disagree on certain issues or come from different Political Parties..The
Right Wing offering ignorance or blame instead of substantial input to move us forward, stops us from coming up with actual solutions.

you know what i find ironic about the American system on freedom of speech? the first amendment states that every american has the right to freedom of speech, yet some use this right as a means of denying others their right to freedom of speech. and those who are being abused bring up the issue on FOS. some times stating that this should be changed. yet those who raise this argument can only chalenge this only have the right to do so because of...FOS. and so on and so forth untill the whole thing loops. in short, as long as people are being denied FOS, they will allways chalenge FOS using their FOS.

I used to have more republican views on situations on the political world, although im young], but all they do is hate on Obama and his party. I think obama is doing a great job, he knows what hes doing far more than they do. So all the people at Fox news can sit and share their corrupt views, but theyre not going to change anything. I'd like to see Bush handle this...
