Videos typically fall into one of two categories:

1) They reflect child-like imagination and therefore are intended to look "old-fashioned" with simple hand coded animations.

2) The emphasis is placed on the actual content and not the production. Again, it is an old school philosophy that teachers should be allowed to teach and not encouraged to be entertainers.

Everything is done to remember the simplicity of childhood imagination or as a short break from the daily stress resulting from the natural phenomenon of growing up.
