My sub-d 3D modeling videos are done in Wings3D. Others in: Sculptris, Blender or OpenCanvas, recorded with Camtasia.

My modeling videos are not step-by-step ones, step-by-step sometimes take forever to watch, so I upload timelapses and in that sense my videos are not for complete 3D beginners but if a person knows shortcuts/basics in his/her software of choice my modeling can be followed easily. I myself like to watch modeling timelapses without all the: now press this & now scale that, It is not likely someone will be following my videos to model the exact same droid or vehicle but I do believe there is a level of intelligence in modeling something some way and if you pick something useful from my modeling that's great.

P.S. Music is AudioSwap feature from YouTube unless stated otherwise, so don't ask me for titles etc, you can ask me about 3D modeling in Wings3D though. More recently I stopped using AudioSwap because it shows adds and I don't want them, so now my videos are silent so that you could listen to good music.
